Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using Mamaglu.

1. Introduction

1.1. These Terms govern your access to and use of the Mamaglu service (the "Service").

1.2. By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

1.3. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

3. Scope of Service

3.1. The Operator grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

3.2. The Service provides tools for personal tracking of health-related records, data visualization, informational insights, reminders, and other functionality available in the Service interface.

3.3. The available features may change over time.

4. Account and Access

4.1. Some features require account registration.

4.2. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

4.3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activities under your account.

4.4. You must promptly notify the Operator if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

5. User Content

5.1. You retain ownership of content and records you create or upload in the Service ("User Content").

5.2. You grant the Operator a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, store, and display User Content solely to operate, maintain, and improve the Service for you.

5.3. The Operator does not use User Content for unrelated commercial resale.

6. Paid Features and Billing

6.1. Certain features may be offered free of charge, by subscription, or under other pricing terms shown in the Service interface or checkout page.

6.2. Current pricing, renewal terms, cancellation rules, and refund conditions are shown in the Service and/or in separate legal documents.

6.3. Payments are processed using payment methods available in the Service. The Operator may engage third-party payment partners.

6.4. Seller details, payment options, prices, and receipt information are shown on the checkout page and/or in the Service.

6.5. Purchases made through app stores are also subject to the relevant app store terms and policies.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for unlawful purposes;
• interfere with the operation or security of the Service;
• attempt unauthorized access to accounts, data, systems, or infrastructure;
• use malware, abusive automation, or other harmful technical means against the Service.

8. Medical Disclaimer

8.1. The Service is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

8.2. Any insights, reminders, or informational content are provided for general informational purposes only.

8.3. You are solely responsible for health-related decisions and should consult qualified healthcare professionals when needed.

8.4. Do not rely on the Service for emergencies. In an emergency, contact local emergency services immediately.

9. Personal Data

9.1. Personal data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy and any separate consents collected from you.

9.2. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read those documents.

10. Availability and Third-Party Dependencies

10.1. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

10.2. The Operator is not liable for interruptions caused by third-party services, network infrastructure, payment systems, app stores, communication platforms, hosting providers, connectivity issues, or events beyond reasonable control.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill.

11.2. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator is not liable for outcomes of health-related decisions made based on Service content.

11.3. Unless otherwise required by law, the Operator's aggregate liability for all claims will not exceed the amounts paid by you to the Operator in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Changes to the Service and Terms

12.1. The Operator may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service.

12.2. The Operator may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective upon publication unless a different date is stated.

12.3. For material changes, the Operator will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance through the Service interface and/or by email.

13. Termination

13.1. You may stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion where available.

13.2. The Operator may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or applicable law.

13.3. In case of serious violations threatening security, integrity, or lawful operation of the Service, access may be restricted immediately.

13.4. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination remain in effect.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

14.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus and applicable European Union law.

14.2. Consumer protection rights granted by mandatory law of your country of residence within the EEA remain unaffected.

14.3. Disputes should first be addressed through good-faith negotiations. Where unresolved, disputes are handled by competent courts as provided by applicable law.
